Chad & Connie McMilling

Chad and Justin original worked for Quality Tire in Hudson Colorado back in 2018. Scott Hansen at the time asked Chad to move to Salt Lake City UT to head up the mechanic department and Justin to be a tire tech there in 2019. Connie worked for Agfinity at the time. Once we moved to UT, Connie was hired for the purchasing department. When Purcell bought Quality tire, Chad and I ran store 319 mechanic shop in Salt Lake City UT up until we were offered to come and live in Potosi MO. Chad was offered the opportunity to run the new Fleet Maintenance department. Connie was put in OTR Transportation until she moved to the AR department at the end of April 2026. Our son Justin worked with us as a mechanic at store 319 and is now living in Potosi, MO, working at the new Maintenance building as a mechanic as well. We are super thankful for all the support from Jim Carrow and the Purcell’s in getting all of us here.
