Purcell OTR focus is assisting our clients in achieving the best possible operating cost. We offer a wide range of services to help a mine site achieve their production goals and minimize the cost of production. Tire Service Technicians are available 24 X 7 providing complete coverage, servicing all tire activities. They are assigned to specific shifts or are on call as needed.
Methods of continuous improvement that include:

- In-Service Tires and Spare Tire Inventory
- Total Tire Hours, Hours per Tread Depth Unit, Cost per Hour
- Out of Service – Cause for Removal Analysis
- Preventive and Actual Tire Maintenance Metrics
- Retread and Repair Performance
All Purcell Mining employees are required to complete training and mentoring programs. Account Manager and Service Technicians are supported by Safety and Technical Service personnel to assure best practice adherence. Purcell believes that the safety of every team member, supplier, contractor, customer and visitor at an operation, through a “Zero Accident and Injury” policy in the first and foremost priority.
We also conduct evaluations of haul roads, loading points, dumping points, and other active working areas which together can have dramatic impact on overall safety, costs, tire performance and equipment.
