Steve is a Store Manager for Purcell Tire and has worked in the industry for over 40 years.
I started in Little Rock as an assistant manager for 3 days. Juanita and Dennis flew to Little Rock and asked me to run this location. I accepted. After 2 weeks the entire shop quit and left with a shop full of torn down automobiles. I called Dennis and he got the next flight and he and I with the help of Mark Lackey got everything fixed. This is what has stood out to me over the years. When in need, just ask. That is what a family does for each other. We lean on one another and have always been that way. You must trust the family. I am currently the manager of Springfield, MO and have helped other stores in Purcell Way. I will always remember Bob’s quote, which is “You are the best of the Best”. I second that for the entire family. There is no finer company to work for. Thanks to all.
