Kent Banister

Kent is a Treasury & Sales Tax Accountant for Purcell Tire and has been with the company for over 4 years.

I started in the accounts receivable department, August 2022, and moved to the accounting department at the end of that year. Through Purcell, I’ve been given numerous opportunities for growth, development, and responsibility. Before Purcell, I had done an accounting internship at a global commercial real estate firm and knew I was driving hours in intense traffic to be a cog in a graceless machine. I have never felt that way at Purcell. I was told Purell’s culture was like family and that has been my experience. I believe you should work to improve yourself, grow your role, improve your environment, cultivate relationships, and work culture that you want to be part of. Purcell makes all of these things very easy. This culture encourages growth, development, and success. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be a part of something this excellent.
