Michelle Serrano is a Store Manager for Purcell Tire and has been with the company for over 14 years.
I started with Purcell Tire in sales over 10 years ago, moved into operations, and now manage a location. Looking back, the people and relationships I’ve built over the years are what stand out the most. Purcell has taught me to be patient, adaptable, and resourceful. This business keeps you on your toes, and no two days are the same. It’s been a challenging ride at times, but it’s also given me a lot of opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally.
