Barry Schroeder

Barry Schroeder is the VP of Operations for Purcell Tire and has worked in the industry for over 31 years.

I began my journey with Purcell Tire in 1994, more than 31 years ago, as a mechanic. Over the years, I have been fortunate to serve in many roles across the organization, including technician, salesperson, store manager, region director, and now Vice President of Operations.

As I reflect on my career, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities Purcell Tire has provided me. Bob and Juanita built more than a successful company. They created an organization where hard work, commitment, and a willingness to learn can open doors and create careers. I am a firsthand example of that philosophy. The opportunities I was given shaped not only my career, but also who I am as a leader today.

One of my greatest passions is developing people and helping others reach their potential. Just as others invested in me throughout my career, I strive to create opportunities for the next generation of leaders. To me, that commitment to people is the true legacy of Purcell Tire and one of the reasons the company has continued to thrive for 90 years.

I credit much of my success to the family-oriented culture that has defined Purcell Tire for generations. The opportunity to learn, solve challenges, and work alongside dedicated teammates continues to make every day rewarding. It is an honor to be part of this 90-year celebration, and I look forward to helping carry that legacy forward for years to come.
