I have been with Purcell Tire since August of 2024. I came from the JTO acquisition. My transition from JTO to Purcell Tire has been a genuinely positive experience. Purcell made me feel comfortable right out of the gate, and I quickly realized the culture at Purcell carried the same supportive, team-driven feel I valued at JTO. Early on, I had the opportunity to travel with the leadership team as we worked through the store transitions, and that experience showed me firsthand how committed Purcell was to do things the right way. What stood out most was how intentional they were about taking care of every JTO employee. Purcell didn’t just bring us into the company; they made sure we felt accepted, respected, and part of the team from day one. Their goal was clear: to make every former JTO employee feel like they had been at Purcell since the beginning of their careers. That level of effort and inclusion made the transition not just smooth, but meaningful.
